ZeroTwo has no report button on ordinary chat replies, except in the Microsoft Store version of the desktop app; an error message in a chat has its own Report button. In the iPhone, iPad and Android apps a reply also has a thumbs-down rating, but it only saves a rating on that reply and does not send anything to ZeroTwo. For everything else you report a problem through the Help menu, which sends your message to ZeroTwo's support inbox. Pick the route that matches what you want to report.

| What you want to report | Where to go |
| --- | --- |
| A bug, a wrong or harmful answer, or anything else that looks broken | **Help > Report Bug** or **Help > Send Feedback** |
| A red error message shown in a chat | The **Report** button on the error, in the web and desktop apps |
| A shared chat link | **Help > Support**, with the link pasted in. See [How do I report a shared ZeroTwo chat link?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/7943618-how-do-i-report-a-shared-zerotwo-chat-link) |
| Output you consider inappropriate, in the Microsoft Store version | **Report AI content** |
| Someone using your account, or a charge you do not recognize | [What should I do if I notice suspicious activity on my account?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/7242626-what-to-do-about-suspicious-activity-on-your-account) |
| A copyright, trademark or other legal concern | The contact email in ZeroTwo's Terms, described below |

## Send a report from the Help menu

1. Select the question-mark button **Help and what's new** at the bottom of the sidebar. It is there in the web, desktop, iPhone, iPad and Android apps.
2. Open **Help** and choose **Report Bug**, **Send Feedback** or **Support**. All three open the same window, titled **Send Feedback**.
3. Under **What would you like to share?**, choose **Feedback**, **Feature Request**, **Bug report** or **Help**. Report Bug opens with Bug report already selected, and Support opens with Help selected.
4. Describe what happened in the box under **Tell us about the issue you encountered**. You can write up to 2,000 characters. Say where you saw it, what the content was or what you expected, and which model you were using.
5. Select **Send**. ZeroTwo confirms with "Feedback sent successfully!"

You need to be signed in to send the form. The message goes to the ZeroTwo support inbox together with your name, email address, user ID and plan, plus your IP address and browser or app details, so you do not have to repeat them.

The Android app uses the same wording. On iPhone and iPad the window is titled **Send feedback**, with a **Type** picker that offers the same four choices and a **Message** box limited to 2,000 characters.

The Help menu also has a **Report** entry. It opens a Discord invite link in a new tab and does not send anything to ZeroTwo support.

## Report an error shown in a chat

When a chat in the web or desktop app shows a red error message, the error has a **Report** button. A **Details** button appears when the error has technical details to show, and a **Retry** button when the message can be retried. **Report** sends the error's details to ZeroTwo, including the message and code, the provider and model, and which chat and message it came from, and ZeroTwo confirms with "Error report sent to developer". If the report cannot be sent, ZeroTwo copies the details to your clipboard instead, so you can paste them into a Help menu message. To learn what an error means, see [What do ZeroTwo error messages mean, and how do I fix them?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/7996703-what-do-zerotwo-error-messages-mean-and-how-do-i-fix-them) If the error says a provider's safety filter blocked a response, see [Why was my message blocked by a safety filter in ZeroTwo?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/9824988-why-was-my-message-blocked-by-a-safety-filter-in-zerotwo)

## Report AI content in the Microsoft Store version

The build of the desktop app packaged for the Microsoft Store adds an entry called **Report AI content** in two places: the Help menu, and the **More actions** menu (the three dots) under a ZeroTwo reply. It opens a window titled **Report inappropriate AI content** with one box, **Describe the inappropriate AI content**. The window asks you to paste the AI output or conversation link and explain what is inappropriate, and tells you the report goes to ZeroTwo support for review. After you send it, you see "Content report sent successfully!" The report travels through the same feedback channel as a bug report. The other versions of the app do not have this entry.

## Copyright, trademark and other legal concerns

ZeroTwo's Terms do not describe a separate copyright or trademark complaint process, and the apps have no report form that asks you to pick a reason. The Terms say ZeroTwo may terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing copyright or other intellectual property rights, and they give an email address for questions about the Terms: **[reed@zerotwo.ai](mailto:reed@zerotwo.ai)**. For a legal concern, write to that address and include who you are, what you believe is infringed or unlawful, and where the material appears, such as the link to a shared chat.

## What ZeroTwo's rules cover

The Terms' Acceptable Use Policy and Platform Content Policy rule out, among other things, content that depicts minors in a mature or sexualized context, using ZeroTwo output to defraud, scam, bully, harass or defame people, and using ZeroTwo to harm yourself or others. Breaking these rules can lead to suspension or termination of an account, and ZeroTwo reserves the right to monitor use of the service and remove content that violates them. Read the full text at [zerotwo.ai/terms](https://zerotwo.ai/terms); [Where can I read the ZeroTwo Terms and Conditions?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/6837156-where-can-i-read-the-zerotwo-terms-and-conditions) explains where to find it.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. A message to ZeroTwo is not a substitute.
