Plugins give ZeroTwo ready-made workflows for the tools you use, and a plugin's page shows prompts to start from when the plugin provides them. This article shows where to find them, how to run one, and lists prompts for twelve plugins.

## Find and run a plugin's prompts

1. Open **Customize > Plugins**. Plugins are grouped by category, and the search box filters them.
2. Open a plugin and select **Install** if you have not yet. If Install is greyed out, hover over it: "Not available on this platform" means the plugin needs the desktop app.
3. On the plugin's page, up to three suggested prompts appear as cards, each beginning with `@` and the plugin's name.
4. Select a card to start a new Work chat with that prompt. Once the plugin is installed you can also select **Try now**.

**Try now** opens a new Work chat with the plugin's tag and its first suggested prompt already typed in the message box, but not sent. That gives you a chance to edit it first. You can also reach Try now from the **More options** menu on an installed plugin's card.

If the plugin works through an app account, its page has a **Connectors** section. Select **Connect** beside each app before you run a prompt.

## Prompts to try

| Plugin | What it covers | A prompt to try |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Gmail | Read, search, draft and send email | Summarize my unread Gmail from today and flag what needs replies. |
| Google Calendar | Events, schedules and availability | What does my calendar look like this week and where are my open windows? |
| Outlook Email | Triage Outlook mail and draft replies | Triage my inbox and surface the most urgent threads. |
| Outlook Calendar | Schedule and prepare meetings | Find a free 30-minute slot for a call with this person next week. |
| Google Drive | Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides | Search Google Drive for files about [Topic]. |
| Box | Search and manage documents in Box | Find the latest version of the contract for a client. |
| Notion | Plan, research and capture knowledge | Capture today's meeting decisions as a Notion page. |
| Slack | Read channels and draft messages | Summarize unread messages in #engineering from today. |
| GitHub | Pull requests, issues, CI and publishing changes | Inspect PRs, triage issues, debug failing checks, and prepare code changes for review |
| Linear | Issue tracking for software teams | Show me all open issues assigned to me this cycle. |
| Atlassian | Jira tickets and Confluence docs | Search Confluence for our API deployment runbook. |
| Canva | Graphics, presentations and social content | Create a social media graphic for a product launch. |

Most of these plugins suggest more prompts on their own pages. Anything in square brackets is a placeholder: replace it with your own topic or file name. The prompt cards open a Work chat. If you use a prompt in Chat instead, you can mention the app first with `@` and its name, for example `@Gmail`, to make sure ZeroTwo uses it.

## Get better results

- Name what you mean: the account, file, channel or time range.
- Start with requests that only read, such as summaries and searches, before you ask ZeroTwo to send or change something.
- For tools that write or delete, set them to **Needs approval** so ZeroTwo asks before acting in an agent run. See [Control what ZeroTwo can do in a connected app](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/20001495-control-what-zerotwo-can-do-in-a-connected-app).
- If a plugin cannot reach its app, open the app under **Customize > Connectors** and check that it is connected, not showing a "Connection issue".
