ZeroTwo's Privacy Policy has one section for U.S. residents, titled "Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?" That section does not name individual states or laws, so the policy gives no state-by-state list. If you live in a U.S. state with an applicable privacy law, you may have the rights below, subject to that law's exceptions, and you use them by emailing ZeroTwo.

## Rights the policy lists

- Know what personal information ZeroTwo collects about you.
- Access a copy of that information.
- Correct inaccuracies.
- Delete your personal information.
- Appeal the denial of a request.

## How to make a request

1. Email **[reed@zerotwo.ai](mailto:reed@zerotwo.ai)**. The policy names this address for exercising these rights.
2. Say which right you want to use: to know, to access, to correct, to delete, or to appeal a denial.
3. Include the email address or phone number you use to sign in.
4. Be ready to verify your identity. The policy says ZeroTwo may need to do that before it completes certain requests.

The data deletion request page at [zerotwo.ai/data-deletion](https://zerotwo.ai/data-deletion) gives GDPR and CCPA as examples of the laws a deletion request may be made under. Some of this you can do yourself. You can review and update account information in your account settings, download a copy of your data with **Export data** in **Settings > Data Controls** (web and desktop apps), and delete data there too. For the ways to ask ZeroTwo to delete personal data, see [How do I ask ZeroTwo to delete my personal data?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/20001057-how-do-i-ask-zerotwo-to-delete-my-personal-data)

## What ZeroTwo says it collects

Knowing what to ask about helps you write a precise request. The policy describes two groups, and [How does ZeroTwo handle my data?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/7039943-how-does-zerotwo-handle-my-data) walks through them in more detail.

- **Information you give ZeroTwo:** account and profile details, sign-in and security data, payment and subscription information, support messages, content you create or upload, and data from accounts you connect. Purchases are processed by payment providers such as Stripe, and ZeroTwo typically receives transaction metadata, billing status and limited payment identifiers rather than full payment card numbers.
- **Information collected automatically:** log and usage data, device and network data, cookie and local-storage data, and an approximate location inferred from your IP address when available. If you allow it, the iOS app uses your camera, microphone and photo library, and the web app may ask for browser location during signup or profile setup.

## Selling and Do Not Track

The policy says ZeroTwo does not sell your personal information and shares it only as needed to operate the service, fulfill your requests or meet legal obligations. It also says ZeroTwo does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals unless the law requires it.

## When the policy changes

The version this article describes was last updated on March 9, 2026. The policy says ZeroTwo revises the "Last updated" date when it makes changes and may give extra notice, including by email, for material ones, so check the current text at [zerotwo.ai/privacy](https://zerotwo.ai/privacy) before you rely on a detail.
