When you create a Site you become its owner. You decide what it says, who can open it and what it collects from visitors. ZeroTwo builds and hosts the Site for you. This article points to the parts of ZeroTwo's Terms and Conditions that deal with content you post, and to the controls ZeroTwo gives you. It is a plain-language summary, not legal advice. The Terms at zerotwo.ai/terms and the Privacy Policy at zerotwo.ai/privacy do not mention Sites, so read them yourself and ask a lawyer how they apply to your Site.

## The content you publish

The Terms say you are responsible for the content you post on or through ZeroTwo, including its legality, reliability and appropriateness. They also say that by posting content you represent and warrant that it is yours or that you have the right to use it, and that posting it does not violate anyone's privacy, publicity, copyright, contract or other rights.

The Terms say ZeroTwo is not responsible or liable for the content its AI models generate, that you use that content at your own risk, and that it is your sole responsibility to independently verify the accuracy, completeness and fitness of the output for your intended purpose. Open and read your Site before you share it with other people.

The Terms say ZeroTwo reserves the right to monitor use of its services and remove content that violates the Terms, and to refuse service, terminate accounts, and remove or edit content. Among the things they say you agree not to do is use the services to collect or track the personal information of others, so read that rule before you build a Site that gathers visitor details.

## Who can see your Site

- A new Site is private. Only you can open it until you change who has access.
- Choosing **Anyone with the link** in the share dialog lets anyone who has the address open the Site, so only choose it for content you are happy to have public.
- When you add a viewer by email address, that person can open the Site after signing in to ZeroTwo with that address. Select **Remove** beside a viewer to take their access away.
- Choosing **Only you** clears the email addresses and groups you had added.

Whenever who can access a Site changes, visitors' existing sign-in sessions for it stop working. They have to sign in again, and anyone who no longer has access is turned away.

When ZeroTwo itself would publish a version to a wider audience or change who can access a Site, it asks you to **Allow** or **Deny** each time. Allowing it is your decision, so read the question before you answer.

## What your Site collects

You decide what your Site collects. See [What should I know about visitor data on my ZeroTwo Site?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/20001340-what-should-i-know-about-visitor-data-on-my-zerotwo-site) for what ZeroTwo handles for visitors, and [How do I prepare a privacy policy for my ZeroTwo Site?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/20001341-how-do-i-prepare-a-privacy-policy-for-my-zerotwo-site) for what to cover if you write a privacy policy.

## Keys and secrets

Keys you add under **Environment variables** are yours to protect. Leave **Store as a secret** selected for private values. On older static Sites, which have no **Store as a secret** option, a variable name that starts with VITE_, PUBLIC_, NEXT_PUBLIC_, REACT_APP_ or VUE_APP_ is built into the published files, where anyone can read it, so never put a secret in one.

## Your address and domains

Under **Custom domains** you can connect a domain you own. If you change your Site's address, every existing link to the old one stops working.

## Deleting a Site or your account

**Delete site** permanently deletes the Site and its published files, and the address stops working. Deleting your ZeroTwo account also deletes your Sites' published files.
