ZeroTwo Plus is a paid plan for everyday use. It costs $14.99 per month and includes 1,650 monthly credits, 1,000 free Auto requests per month and 20 bonus credits every day you log in. On Plus you can pick any model, and a set of fast models costs no credits in regular chat.

## What is included

The Plus card in the plan picker lists these items:

- 1,000 free Auto requests per month.
- 1,650 monthly credits.
- +20 bonus credits every day you log in.
- Unlimited fast models in chat.
- Image and video generation.
- Memory unlocked.
- Multiple file uploads per task.
- Access to Work agent.
- Access to code agent.
- 150 deep researches per month (they use credits).
- Exa web search.

Some of these need a short explanation.

- **Models.** Plus does not lock models by plan. Models on the unlimited list use no credits in regular chat, and every other model draws from your credits. Hover the info icon beside "Unlimited fast models in chat" on the card to see the list. Tools and media can still use credits.
- **Memory.** On paid plans, ZeroTwo also learns from your chats once Memory is on in **Settings** > **Personalization**.
- **Work and Code.** The **Work** and **Code** tabs are also open on Free accounts, which pay for them in credits and are limited to free work models until they buy credits. See [Why can't I use a model or feature in ZeroTwo?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/10258669-why-can-t-i-use-a-model-or-feature-in-zerotwo)
- **Credits and Auto.** Auto requests are counted separately from your credits. For how both are spent, see [How do credits work in ZeroTwo?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/12642688-how-do-credits-work-in-zerotwo)

## Price and billing

Plus is $14.99 per month. If you switch the plan picker from **Monthly** to **Yearly**, the Plus card shows $11.99 per month instead. On the web, checkout is handled by Stripe. In the iOS app you can choose **Card** or **Apple**. Apple prices are set in the app and are higher than the web price: Plus is $19.49 per month through Apple. A plan bought through Apple is billed and managed through the App Store.

## Get Plus

These steps are for the web and desktop apps.

1. Open the account menu and choose **Upgrade Plan**. You can also go to **Settings** > **Billing** and choose **Compare plans**.
2. Choose **Monthly** or **Yearly**.
3. On the Plus card, choose **Get Started** and finish checkout.

If you are already on a higher plan, the Plus card shows **Not Available**. On your current plan, its card shows **Your Current Plan**.

## What the Pro card adds

The Pro card lists several items that the Plus card does not: **Unlimited projects**, **Expanded memory**, **Access to ZeroCode**, **30 free Basic cloud computer hours / month** and **1,500 Firecrawl credits / month**. A feature missing from a card is not always a limit: for projects, the app's project checks apply only to Free accounts, and the Plus card simply does not mention them. The cloud browser in Work is available on Pro and higher plans, not on Plus. See [How do I use the cloud browser in ZeroTwo Work?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/20001280-how-do-i-use-the-cloud-browser-in-zerotwo-work)

## Manage or cancel Plus

**Settings** > **Billing** shows **ZeroTwo Plus** as your plan, with a line such as "Your plan auto-renews on" and the date. To cancel, choose **Cancel** under **Cancel plan** and confirm in the **Cancel plan?** dialog. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period, and then the account moves to Free. Choose **Keep plan** to back out. The Cancel button appears for plans billed through the web checkout and not already set to end. An Apple plan is managed in the App Store instead.

If a renewal payment fails, the account moves to Free until you add a working card. For what happens to your credits, see [How do credits work in ZeroTwo?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/12642688-how-do-credits-work-in-zerotwo)
