Most problems in ZeroTwo for iOS show a message that tells you what to try. Find yours below. If none fits, send a report from the app.

## A chat will not open

When a chat cannot load, ZeroTwo shows a screen with a title that says why:

| Title | What to do |
| --- | --- |
| You are offline | Reconnect to the internet, then choose **Try again**. |
| We could not open this chat | The screen says your chat history is safe. Choose **Try again**. |
| Chat not found | The chat may have been deleted, or the link is no longer available. Choose **Back to chats** or **New chat**. |
| You do not have access to this chat | Ask the chat's owner for access, or go back to your chats. |

**Back to chats** and **New chat** appear on every one of these screens. **Try again** appears except for Chat not found and the access message.

## A reply fails

A failed reply shows an error message in the chat with two buttons, **Details** and **Retry**. Choose **Retry** first. If it keeps failing, choose **Details** to see the error text, its code, and the provider and model. **Copy full report** copies all of it, which is useful to include when you contact support.

## A message does not send

If ZeroTwo cannot accept a message, it says **Message was not sent. Your draft has been restored.** Your text and attachments come back to the message box, so you can send again without re-uploading.

When you edit, retry or delete a message, a dropped connection shows **Network error. Please check your connection.** Doing it while the chat is still answering tells you to wait for it to finish or stop it first.

## Sign-in problems

If you cannot sign in, see [Why can't I log in to ZeroTwo?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/7426629-why-can-t-i-log-in-to-zerotwo) If Google's page says cookies are disabled, see [What can I do if Google sign-in on iPhone says cookies are disabled?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/7993298-what-can-i-do-if-google-sign-in-on-iphone-says-cookies-are-disabled)

## Keep the app current

ZeroTwo for iOS needs iOS 26.0 or later. Update the app from the App Store, and open **Settings** > **View changelog** to read ZeroTwo's release notes.

## Send a report

1. Open **Settings** from the account menu in the sidebar and scroll to the **About** section.
2. Choose **Report bug**. The form opens with the type set to **Bug report**. **Send feedback** opens the same form, and you can also pick **Feedback**, **Feature Request** or **Help**.
3. Describe what happened, up to 2,000 characters, and choose **Send**.

The form sends the type and your message, so include the steps, the model you were using and any code from **Details**. For other ways to reach the team, see [How do I contact ZeroTwo support?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/6614161-how-do-i-contact-zerotwo-support)
