If you see chats, charges, or sign-ins that you do not recognize, act quickly. ZeroTwo's sign-in page does not ask for a password. You sign in with Google, Apple, Microsoft, a phone number, or a link sent to your email. Securing your ZeroTwo account therefore starts with securing the account or inbox you use to sign in.

## If you can still sign in

1. **Sign out everywhere.** Open **Settings** > **Security** and select **Log out all** next to **Log out of all devices**. This ends every active session, including the one you are using, and other devices can take up to 30 minutes to be signed out. Then sign in again.
2. **Secure how you sign in.** Change the password and review the security settings on the Google, Apple, or Microsoft account you use. If you sign in by email, secure that inbox, because the sign-in link is sent there and expires after 1 hour. If you sign in by phone, make sure only you control that number.
3. **Turn on two-factor authentication.** In **Settings** > **Security**, switch on **Two-factor authentication**. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app, then enter the 6-digit code it shows. A **Backup codes** row also appears, but the sign-in prompt only accepts the authenticator app's code, so backup codes cannot get you back in. Keep your authenticator app backed up instead. For more, see [How do I turn two-factor authentication on or off in ZeroTwo?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/7967234-how-do-i-turn-two-factor-authentication-on-or-off)
4. **Review what changed.** Check **Settings** > **Billing** > **Transaction history** for charges you do not recognize; [What should I do about a ZeroTwo charge I don't recognize?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/7242625-what-should-i-do-about-a-zerotwo-charge-i-dont-recognize) shows how to match a charge to an account. In **Customize** > **Connectors**, open a connected app and use **Disconnect**, from the app's **More options** menu or from the menu on an individual account, for anything you do not recognize. In **Settings** > **Data Controls**, select **Manage** next to **Shared Links** and delete any shared links you do not want to keep.
