## About ZeroTwo Business

### What is ZeroTwo Business?

It is ZeroTwo's team plan: a shared workspace where each seat adds 4,000 monthly credits and 1,250 free Auto requests to one pool. Owners and admins manage members and billing in Workspace Settings. See [What is ZeroTwo Business?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/8792828-what-is-zerotwo-business)

### How do I ask about ZeroTwo Business?

The Business page on zerotwo.ai has a **Contact sales** button that opens a form for ZeroTwo's sales team. [How do I sign up for ZeroTwo Business?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/8980713-how-do-i-sign-up-for-zerotwo-business) walks through it.

### Where do admins manage the workspace?

In the ZeroTwo web app: open the account menu and choose **Workspace Settings**. It has **General**, **Members**, **Billing** and **Apps** pages.

## Seats and members

### Who can open Workspace Settings?

Owners and admins. If anyone else opens the page, ZeroTwo sends them back to chat.

### How do I add people?

On the Members page, choose **Invite member**, type email addresses and choose **Next**. Each person gets an email with a **Join workspace** button. The steps are in [How do I manage members and roles in ZeroTwo Business?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/8542216-how-do-i-manage-members-and-roles-in-zerotwo-business)

### Which roles exist, and can I change them?

Owner, Admin and Member. Owners and admins can use Workspace Settings. The Members page has no control for changing a role yet.

### Can I remove someone from the workspace?

Not from the Members page yet. The **Remove member** menu item does not take effect.

### Can people still use their personal account?

Yes. The account menu has a workspace switcher with the organization and **Personal Account**. Chats and projects stay with the workspace they were created in, and usage in the organization workspace is charged to the pooled credits while the organization has a paid plan.

## Credits and billing

### How do credits work?

Credits are pooled across the workspace, reset each billing cycle, and pay for model messages, paid tools and generated media. Free Auto requests are pooled too, and are charged in credits once they run out. See [What models and usage limits does ZeroTwo Business include?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/12003714-what-models-and-usage-limits-does-zerotwo-business-include)

### Who can buy more credits?

Owners and admins, from **Workspace Settings** > **Billing** > **Buy credits**. The credits go into the shared pool and do not reset.

### Where do I manage seats and billing?

On the Billing page, which shows seats in use and credit usage and has a **Manage seats** button that opens Stripe's customer portal. [How do I manage billing and seats in ZeroTwo Business?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/8792536-how-do-i-manage-billing-and-seats-in-zerotwo-business) has the details.

## Data and sharing

### Can admins read members' chats?

Workspace Settings has no page that shows members' chats, audit logs or per-member usage. Each person's chat list is built from their own chats. See [How are data, sharing and privacy handled in ZeroTwo Business?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/8798634-how-are-data-sharing-and-privacy-handled-in-zerotwo-business)

### How does sharing work?

A shared chat link can be opened only by people who are signed in to ZeroTwo, and you can withdraw links under **Settings** > **Data Controls** > **Shared Links**. Projects are shared by email with the roles Can view, Can edit or Admin.

### Can admins limit which apps members connect?

Not yet. The Apps page in Workspace Settings lists apps and opens their details, but its **Disable** action does not work yet.

## What does not work yet

- Removing a member, and leaving a workspace, from the Members page
- Changing a member's role from the Members page
- Uploading a CSV of invitees, and the **Pending requests** tab, which stays empty
- Disabling apps from the Apps page
