# What is ZeroTwo Business?

ZeroTwo Business is ZeroTwo's team plan. Your organization gets a workspace with a number of seats, and every seat adds to one shared pool of credits that everyone in the workspace draws from. Workspace owners and admins manage people and billing from a Workspace Settings area in the ZeroTwo web app.

## What ZeroTwo Business includes

- **A shared workspace.** Your organization appears in the workspace switcher in the account menu, next to **Personal Account**. Chats and projects you create while the organization workspace is active belong to it and are listed only there.
- **Pooled credits.** Each seat adds 4,000 monthly credits and 1,250 free Auto requests to the workspace's pool. See [What models and usage limits does ZeroTwo Business include?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/12003714-what-models-and-usage-limits-does-zerotwo-business-include)
- **Extra credits for the whole team.** An owner or admin can buy more credits, which go into the same pool.
- **Workspace Settings.** Owners and admins get four pages: **General**, **Members**, **Billing** and **Apps**. The Billing page shows how many seats are in use out of the seats on the subscription.
- **Email invitations.** Owners and admins can send invitation emails from the Members page.

## How seats and credits work

The workspace's monthly allowance is the number of seats multiplied by 4,000 credits, plus the number of seats multiplied by 1,250 free Auto requests. A workspace with five seats, for example, has 20,000 credits and 6,250 free Auto requests each month. While the organization workspace is active and has a paid plan, usage is charged to that shared pool.

Individual plans add a small daily bonus of credits. Usage billed to a workspace does not earn it. Credits you buy on top of the monthly allowance are kept separately and do not reset.

## Who manages what

Owners and admins can open Workspace Settings, send invitations and manage billing. Everyone else in the workspace uses it but does not see those pages.
