This article covers what the ZeroTwo web app does with chats and sharing in a Business workspace, and what ZeroTwo's [Terms](https://zerotwo.ai/terms) and [Privacy Policy](https://zerotwo.ai/privacy) say about your content.

## Who can see your chats

- **Your chat list is yours.** ZeroTwo builds each person's chat list from that person's own chats. Teammates do not see them unless you share a chat with a link, or the chat is in a project you share.
- **Workspaces are kept apart.** Chats and projects created while the organization workspace is active are tied to it and listed only when it is active. Personal Account chats are listed only in your personal workspace.
- **Workspace Settings is not a chat viewer.** It has four pages. **General** shows the Organization ID and Workspace ID, **Members** shows names, emails, account types and invitations, **Billing** shows seats and credits, and **Apps** lists apps. None of them shows the contents of members' chats, and there are no audit logs or per-member usage reports.

## Share a chat

Choose **Share** from a chat's menu in the top bar. Opening the share sheet creates the link straight away, so the chat is already shareable once the sheet is open. You can copy the link with **Copy link** or post it to X, LinkedIn or Reddit.

People who open the link need a ZeroTwo account and must be signed in. They see the chat in their own ZeroTwo window, read-only. If they reply, the reply starts a new chat that they own; your original chat is not changed.

To review or withdraw what you have shared, open **Settings** > **Data Controls** > **Shared Links** > **Manage**. The list shows each item's name, type and date shared. Deleting a link stops others viewing it and does not delete the original. **Delete all shared links** withdraws everything at once.

## Share a project with teammates

Open a project and choose **Share** in its top bar. The dialog is titled **Share** followed by the project's name. Add people by email and pick a role for the invitation: **Can view** (chat and view project content), **Can edit** (edit files, chat and manage content) or **Admin** (full project access, invite members). The **Who has access** setting switches between **Only those invited** and **Anyone with a link**. The project's owner is listed too, and the owner can change a member's role later.

## Connected apps

The **Apps** page in Workspace Settings lists the apps ZeroTwo can connect to and opens details for each. Its **Disable** action does not work yet, so you cannot restrict which apps members connect from there.

## How your content is handled

- **Ownership.** ZeroTwo's Terms say you retain ownership rights in your input and output, as permitted by applicable law and subject to any applicable rights.
- **AI providers.** To answer you, ZeroTwo sends your content to the model provider you choose. The Privacy Policy says most providers process it only to return a response, but some may retain or use it under their own terms.
- **Training.** The Privacy Policy says ZeroTwo does not use data from Google Workspace APIs or from connected third-party integrations to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
- **Retention.** The Privacy Policy says ZeroTwo keeps the content you store until you delete it, your workspace is deleted, or retention is otherwise required for security, fraud prevention, backups or legal compliance.

## Export and delete

Each person manages their own data under **Settings** > **Data Controls**: export chats, delete chats, clear all data, and delete the account. The [Data Controls](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/collections/8471418-data-controls) collection has the details.
