> Your plan belongs to your ZeroTwo account, so signing in on another device brings it with you. Apple-billed plans are managed through the App Store.

Yes. A ZeroTwo plan belongs to your account, not to a device. Sign in to the same account on the web, in the desktop app, or on iPhone, iPad or Android, and your plan and credit balance come with you.

## Check your plan on the new device

1. Sign in the same way you did before: the same Google, Apple or Microsoft account, the same email address, or the same phone number. A phone number works on every client: you type the text-message code on the "Check your phone" screen (web, desktop app, iPhone, iPad) or the "Enter verification code" screen (Android).
2. Open **Settings** and go to **Billing**. On Android, open **Usage & Billing**. The plan name is shown at the top, for example **ZeroTwo Pro**.

If it says **ZeroTwo Free**, the account you are in may not hold the plan, or the plan may have ended. Check the account first: log out from the account menu and sign in with the method you used when you subscribed. A new email address or phone number opens a new account, which is why a different one shows a different plan. If a notice at the top of Billing says "Your last payment failed", read [What happens when my ZeroTwo plan renewal payment fails?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/7242622-what-happens-when-my-zerotwo-plan-renewal-payment-fails).

## Managing the plan

- **Plans billed by card** are managed in Billing on the web, the desktop app and iPhone or iPad, and in Usage & Billing on Android. Each has a **Cancel plan** section. On Android, **Manage plan** also opens Stripe's billing page.
- **Plans bought through the App Store** stay billed by Apple. Billing shows "Billing for this plan is managed through the App Store." and has no card or cancel controls. An Apple plan belongs to one ZeroTwo account only; see [Why is my Apple subscription linked to another ZeroTwo account?](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/20001056-why-is-my-apple-subscription-linked-to-another-zerotwo-account).
