# Which file types can I attach to a ZeroTwo chat?

When you choose **Files and folders** from the + menu in the message box of the web or desktop app, the file picker offers 132 file extensions. They cover everyday documents, spreadsheets and slide decks, plain text and data files, source code, images, audio and video. The table lists every one.

What ZeroTwo can get out of a file depends on its kind. Text and code are read as text, PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files as extracted text, images by the text and content in them, audio as a transcript and video as an analysis plus a transcript. ## Size and count

The type is only one limit. Each file can be up to 50 MB, videos included, and you can attach up to 10 files to a message. On the Free plan the limit is 1 file per message. ## Photos, Google files and anything not on the list

- **iPhone photos.** HEIC and HEIF are on the list, and the web and desktop apps normally convert them for you. If a HEIC photo cannot be decoded, ZeroTwo says **.heic images are not supported** and asks you to convert it to JPG or PNG first. - **Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.** These are not files you attach from your computer. Connect Google Drive instead; see [Use Google Drive with ZeroTwo](https://help.zerotwo.ai/en/articles/10929079-use-google-drive-with-zerotwo).
- **A type that is missing.** Formats such as RTF and EPUB are not on the picker's list. If you need ZeroTwo to read one, save or export the content as a listed format such as DOCX, PDF or TXT and attach that.
