No. ZeroTwo does not have a setting for changing the phone number you sign in with. In **Settings > Profile**, the Edit profile window lets you change your profile picture, display name and username, and it has no phone or email field. A phone number works as a sign-in method: the number you enter on the sign-in page is the one that opens that account.

## If your number changes

- **Keep using the old number while you still receive texts on it.** The six-digit sign-in code is sent to the number you enter, and you type it on the code screen in the web, desktop, iPhone, iPad or Android app, so you need to be able to read texts sent to it.
- **A new number opens a new account.** The web, desktop, iPhone and iPad code screens tell new users that their account is created automatically when they verify, so chats, projects and billing stay with the old account.
- **Keep a copy of your data.** While you can still sign in, open **Settings > Data Controls** on the web or in the desktop app and select **Export** next to **Export data** to download a copy. This is a copy for you to keep; it does not move anything into another account.

## If you can no longer sign in

ZeroTwo does not describe a process for moving an account to a new phone number. Its Privacy Policy gives [reed@zerotwo.ai](mailto:reed@zerotwo.ai) as the address for reviewing, updating or deleting your personal information, and notes that ZeroTwo may need to verify your identity before it completes certain requests.
