ZeroTwo has four individual plans above Plus: Pro, Pro 2×, Ultra and Ultra 2×. They all draw on the same credit balance. What changes from one to the next is the number of monthly credits and free Auto requests, the daily login bonus, and a few extras listed on the plan cards.

## Compare the plans

| Plan | Price per month | Per month with yearly billing | Monthly credits | Free Auto requests per month | Daily login bonus |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Pro | $29.99 | $26.99 | 3,500 | 2,500 | +30 credits |
| Pro 2× | $59.98 | $53.98 | 7,000 | 5,000 | +30 credits |
| Ultra | $120 | $96 | 14,000 | 12,000 | +50 credits |
| Ultra 2× | $240 | $192 | 28,000 | 24,000 | +50 credits |

Prices are in US dollars, as shown in the web and desktop plan picker. For comparison, Plus costs $14.99 a month and includes 1,650 monthly credits and 1,000 free Auto requests.

## How credits and Auto requests work

Metered models, paid tools, images, video and deep research draw from your credit balance. Heavier models and longer tasks use more credits, and light chat uses very few. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle, and credits you buy yourself never expire.

Auto is a model that routes your request to a fast, low-cost model. Each paid plan includes a number of free Auto requests per month; after that, Auto requests are charged to your credits. On the web and in the desktop app you can see both meters in **Settings > Usage**, under **General usage limits** (**Monthly credits**) and **Auto usage limits** (**Auto requests**). The daily login bonus is a number of extra credits added each day you log in.

## What Pro and Pro 2× add

Pro 2× is Pro with double the credits and the same features. Besides the credits, free Auto requests and daily login bonus shown in the table, the Pro cards in **Compare plans** list:

- Better unlimited chat model selection
- Expanded memory
- Unlimited projects (the Free plan has a project limit)
- Access to deep research
- Access to ZeroCode
- Access to Work agent
- 30 free Basic cloud computer hours per month
- 1,500 Firecrawl credits per month, which you can follow under **Web research** in Settings > Usage

## What Ultra and Ultra 2× add

The Ultra cards are headed "Everything in Pro, plus:" and also list:

- Standard cloud computer with unlimited usage
- Keeps working in the cloud when your computer goes offline
- Highest individual credit allowance
- Priority processing and faster responses
- Maximum memory
- Image, video and deep research included
- Early access to new features

On the web and in the desktop app, the Model Tiers dialog (Help menu > **Help** > **Model Tiers**) groups models by how many credits they use per message, from **Free — Lowest Cost** to **Flagship — Highest Cost**. Ultra 2× is Ultra with a doubled allowance and nothing else.

## Choose or upgrade a plan

1. Open **Settings > Billing** and select **Compare plans**, or choose **Upgrade Plan** in the account menu.
2. Pick **Monthly** or **Yearly** at the top. Monthly is the default. With Yearly selected, the cards show the lower per-month figures from the table. Billed yearly, Ultra comes to $1,152 a year and Ultra 2× to $2,304 a year.
3. On the Pro and Ultra cards, use the **1×** and **2×** switch to move between Pro and Pro 2× or between Ultra and Ultra 2×.
4. Select **Get Started**. ZeroTwo sends you to a checkout page hosted by Stripe.

Your current plan's card reads "Your Current Plan", and plans below it read "Not Available". If you are on Free or Plus, the Pro cards add the callout "First Pro purchase: Extra +500 credits included".

## On iPhone and iPad

The pricing sheet in the iPhone and iPad app lists Plus, Pro, Ultra and Business plans, without the 2× plans. A switch lets you pay with **Card**, which is processed by Stripe at the web prices, or with **Apple**. The sheet says Apple prices are 30% higher than web pricing to cover Apple's App Store commission. Ultra's yearly price is not sold in the iPhone app and shows as "Unavailable".
