What models and usage limits does ZeroTwo Business include?

Business limits belong to the workspace: each seat adds credits and free Auto requests to a shared pool. See what draws from it and how to add more credits.

Updated: 18 hours ago

On ZeroTwo Business, usage limits belong to the workspace rather than to each person. Every seat adds the same amount to one shared pool. While the organization workspace is active and has a paid plan, usage is charged to that pool.

What each seat adds

Per monthPer seatExample: 5 seats
Credits4,00020,000
Free Auto requests1,2506,250

Usage billed to the workspace does not earn the daily login bonus credits that individual plans receive. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. If the seat count changes during a cycle, ZeroTwo adjusts the pool for that cycle and takes into account the credits already used.

What draws from the pool

Credits pay for model usage and for paid tools and generated media: web search, web page fetching, and image, video, music, speech and sound-effect generation. Heavier models use more credits per message. To see models grouped by credit cost, along with the credit cost of each tool, select the question-mark Help and what's new button in the sidebar footer and choose Help > Model Tiers. Models in the free tier cost about zero credits.

Which models members can use

ZeroTwo's server-side plan check only restricts the Free and Roleplay plans to a subset of models. It does not restrict Business, so usage is metered in credits instead of being limited by model list.

Plus, Pro, Pro 2×, Ultra and Ultra 2× plans have lightweight models that cost no credits in chat. Business is not one of those plans, and runs billed to a workspace's pooled credits do not get that exemption. Apart from free-tier models and the free Auto requests described next, expect usage to draw from the pool.

Auto requests

Auto is a virtual model that routes each request to a fast, low-cost model. Business includes 1,250 free Auto requests per seat each month, pooled across the workspace. When the free requests run out, Auto requests are charged in credits like any other usage.

Add more credits

Only a workspace owner or admin can buy credits for the workspace.

  1. Open Workspace Settings from the account menu and go to Billing.
  2. In the Credit usage card, choose Buy credits.
  3. A Stripe checkout opens in the page, where you set how many credits you want. Each credit costs $0.01. The checkout accepts from 1,000 credits ($10) to 99,900 credits ($999) and opens at 2,500 credits ($25).

Credits you buy go into the workspace's pool, are tracked separately from the monthly allowance, and do not reset.

Check how much is left

The Billing page shows credits used against the pooled monthly allowance as a percentage, the days until the next cycle, and any purchased credits that remain. Only owners and admins can open it. See How do I manage billing and seats in ZeroTwo Business?
