Owners and admins manage a Business workspace's subscription from Workspace Settings > Billing in the ZeroTwo web app. The page shows your plan, how many seats are in use, and how much of the pooled credit allowance has been used. From it you can open Stripe's customer portal and buy more credits.
Open the Billing page
- Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. If the organization is not the active workspace, choose it in the workspace switcher in the menu.
- Choose Workspace Settings, then Billing.
Only owners and admins can use this page. Other members never see Workspace Settings, and ZeroTwo refuses to return workspace billing details to them.
What the page shows
| On the page | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Header | "Business plan" with the start and end dates of the current billing cycle. |
| Plan card | The plan name, a badge reading Monthly or Annual, and Renews on with the date the cycle ends. |
| Seats | "seats in use": how many seats are taken out of the seats on your subscription. |
| Credit usage | Credits used out of the pooled monthly allowance, with a percentage, and "Next cycle in" a number of days. |
| Purchased credits | Credits you bought on top of the allowance. They are listed only if you have some, and they never reset. |
Manage seats
- On the plan card, choose Manage seats. The button reads Opening... while it loads.
- ZeroTwo opens Stripe's customer portal, which Stripe hosts. When you finish there, Stripe returns you to the Billing page.
The portal opens for the billing customer saved on your own ZeroTwo account. The card notes that additional seats are included on your next invoice. When the seat quantity on the subscription changes, ZeroTwo updates the workspace's seat count and recalculates the pooled allowance for the current cycle, taking into account credits that were already used.
The button needs the workspace to have a billing customer on record. If ZeroTwo cannot find customer information it shows an error asking you to contact support, and if the portal does not open it asks you to try again.
Buy more credits
- In the Credit usage card, choose Buy credits.
- Pick an amount and complete the checkout.
The credits go into the workspace's pool. The amounts and rules are in What models and usage limits does ZeroTwo Business include?
