In a ZeroTwo Business workspace, credits are pooled: everyone in the workspace draws from one shared balance. Workspace owners and admins see usage and add credits from Workspace Settings. This article is for workspaces that already have the Business plan.
How the shared pool works
- Monthly allowance. The workspace gets 4,000 credits per seat each billing cycle, pooled across all seats. A workspace with 10 seats has 40,000 credits to share.
- Free Auto requests. The plan also includes 1,250 free Auto requests per seat per month, pooled the same way.
- Who pays. When the workspace is the active workspace, usage is charged to the shared pool rather than to a member's personal credits.
- Spending order. The monthly allowance is used before purchased credits.
- No daily bonus. The daily login bonus that some personal plans receive does not apply to the shared pool.
See usage and the billing cycle
- Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. If your account belongs to a workspace, a switcher at the top lists "Personal Account" and the workspace. Choose the workspace.
- Select Workspace Settings. This item appears only for workspace admins while the workspace is active.
- Open Billing.
The page shows:
- the plan, with its renewal date, "N/M seats in use" and a Manage seats button;
- Credit usage, with "Next cycle in N days" and a line such as "used / total credits used" with a percentage;
- a line "+ N purchased credits available (never reset)" once the workspace owns purchased credits.
Only workspace owners and admins can view this page or its data.
Add credits to the workspace
- In Workspace Settings > Billing, select Buy credits on the Credit usage card.
- Pick how many credits to buy in the checkout. Each credit costs $0.01, and one purchase covers 1,000 to 99,900 credits. The checkout opens at 2,500 credits.
- Complete the payment. ZeroTwo shows "Credits added" and updates the balance.
Purchased credits belong to the workspace, are shared by every member, and do not reset each cycle. Only a workspace owner or admin can buy them. Be careful with the Buy credits row in the account menu: it opens a purchase for your personal account, not for the workspace.
Change the number of seats
Select Manage seats on the Billing page to open the subscription management portal. The monthly allowance is 4,000 credits times the number of seats, so your seat count sets the size of the pool. The page notes that additional seats are included on your next invoice.
When the pool runs out
When the pool is empty, members who try to keep working see a notice headed "Your workspace is out of credits". An owner or admin can then add credits as described above.
What this page does not include
There are no per-member credit limits, monthly spend caps or automatic top-up settings on the Billing, Members, General or Apps pages of Workspace Settings. If you need a workspace to stay within a budget, check the Credit usage card regularly and buy credits only when you want to extend the pool.
