How do credits work in a ZeroTwo Business workspace?

A Business workspace shares one credit pool across its seats. See what goes in it, whose balance pays, and how owners and admins top it up.

Updated: 20 hours ago

In a ZeroTwo Business workspace, credits are shared. The workspace has one pool, everyone working in that workspace spends from it, and workspace owners and admins can check it and top it up from Workspace Settings.

What goes into the pool

Part of the poolHow it is sizedWhen it resets
Monthly credits4,000 credits for each seat, added up across the workspaceAt the start of each billing cycle
Free Auto requests1,250 per seat per month, also sharedAt the start of each billing cycle
Purchased creditsWhatever the workspace has boughtNever; they stay until used

A workspace with 10 seats, for example, shares 40,000 monthly credits. Business workspaces don't get the daily login bonus that personal plans do.

If the seat count changes during a cycle, ZeroTwo recalculates the pool for the new number of seats and subtracts what the workspace has already used that cycle.

Whose credits get used

The workspace you have selected decides which balance pays. In the account menu, below your name, you can switch between your organization and Personal Account. While the organization is selected and has a paid plan, your usage draws on the shared pool. While Personal Account is selected, it draws on your own balance.

Check and top up the pool

Only workspace owners and admins can see workspace billing or buy workspace credits. These steps are for the web and desktop apps.

  1. Open the account menu, switch to your organization, and choose Workspace Settings.
  2. Choose Billing in the left-hand list. The other pages there are General, Members and Apps.
  3. The Credit usage card shows how many of the pool's credits have been used, how many days remain until the next cycle, and any purchased credits still available.
  4. To add credits, choose Buy credits and set the quantity in checkout. One credit costs $0.01. The smallest purchase is 1,000 credits ($10) and the largest is 99,900 credits ($999).

The same page has Manage seats, which opens Stripe's customer portal for the workspace subscription. The page notes that additional seats are included on your next invoice.
