How do I join the ZeroTwo Discord server?

Find the Discord invite in the Help menu of the ZeroTwo apps, see which row opens it, and when to use Support instead.

Updated: 20 hours ago

ZeroTwo has a Discord server, and its invite is built into the Help menu in the ZeroTwo apps. Choose Report there: despite its name, that row opens the Discord invite instead of a form.

Join from the ZeroTwo app

  1. Open the Help menu. On the web, the desktop app, iPhone, iPad and Android, select the question-mark button called Help and what's new beside your account at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose Help.
  2. Choose Report. The row that opens a form is Report Bug.

On iPhone and iPad the same Report row also appears in Settings, with the other help rows (Send feedback, Report bug and Help Center).

Use Support for account problems

For anything tied to your own account or billing, use Help > Support rather than Discord. It opens the Send Feedback form, where you pick Feedback, Feature Request, Bug report or Help and write up to 2,000 characters. ZeroTwo attaches your account details, such as your email and plan, to the message. You need to be signed in to send it.

Whichever channel you use, do not post sign-in links, verification codes or payment details in a chat.
