Anything you type into a chat or attach to a message is content you submit to ZeroTwo, so treat it as you would any online form. The privacy policy tells you to leave out information you do not want processed through ZeroTwo or its third-party AI providers. A few habits keep your financial details out of places they do not belong.
Keep payment details out of chats and files
- Do not type or paste full card numbers, security codes, bank passwords or one-time passcodes into the message box.
- If you attach a statement or invoice for analysis, remove account numbers first.
- Do not put financial secrets into Custom instructions, your profile, or a project's instructions. Custom instructions and profile details are sent with your conversations, and a project's instructions go with chats in that project.
Pay for ZeroTwo in the billing screens
Choose Upgrade Plan or Buy credits in the account menu to pay. If your plan is billed by card, you can add a card by opening Settings, choosing Billing, and using Add new under Payment methods. The dialog notes that cards are stored by Stripe and used for plan renewals. ZeroTwo's privacy policy says that purchases are processed by payment providers such as Stripe and that ZeroTwo typically receives transaction metadata, billing status and limited payment identifiers rather than full payment card numbers. You can read it at zerotwo.ai/privacy.
On iPhone and iPad, a plan bought through Apple is billed and managed through the App Store, and Settings > Billing says so.
Signing in to financial sites during a Work task
On plans that include it, the cloud browser that Work can use keeps its site sessions between tasks, so a bank or card site you sign in to there can stay signed in. To stay in charge:
- Choose Take control when the cloud browser view appears, and type your own credentials instead of sending them in a message.
- Choose Release control when you are done.
- To clear saved site data, open Cloud browser options (the "…" button) and choose Reset browser data.
If a site needs you to sign in, Work is instructed to ask you to sign in and to tell it when you are ready.
When ZeroTwo controls apps on your computer
In the desktop app, ZeroTwo's instructions for controlling apps tell it never to execute a trade, place an order, send money or start a transfer. It can help you organize and prepare, and it asks you to carry out the final money-moving step yourself.
If something looks wrong
Open the question-mark button in the sidebar footer, choose Help, then Support to send a message to the ZeroTwo team.
