In a ZeroTwo Business workspace, memory works the way it does for everyone: it belongs to your own ZeroTwo account. These answers explain what that means for people who use ZeroTwo through a workspace. For how memory itself works, see How does memory work in ZeroTwo?
Whose memory is it?
Yours. ZeroTwo's own description says memory is stored with your ZeroTwo account. The workspace you have selected does not change that. The switcher in the account menu, which lists your organization and Personal Account, changes which credit balance pays for your usage: the organization's pooled credits while the organization has a paid plan, otherwise your own. See How do credits work in a ZeroTwo Business workspace?
Where do I manage it?
Each person manages their own memory in the same place: Settings > Personalization > Memory. Use the Memory switch to turn it on or off, and Manage memories to open the memory summary, change what ZeroTwo remembers, or delete it.
Whether ZeroTwo also learns from your chats depends on the plan on your own account. Open Manage memories to see which applies: an empty summary on a paid plan says ZeroTwo keeps what is worth remembering as you chat, while on other plans it says to ask ZeroTwo to remember something.
Can a workspace owner or admin turn memory off for everyone?
There is no workspace-wide memory control. Workspace Settings has four pages: General, Members, Billing and Apps. None of them manages memory, so each member decides for themselves whether Memory is on.
How do I delete my memory?
Open Manage memories, open the Memory summary options menu and choose Delete and turn off memory. This deletes your saved memories and what ZeroTwo learned from your chats, turns Memory off, and keeps your chats.
