You can ask ZeroTwo what it can do, where to find a setting, or which plan you are on. Treat the answer as a useful starting point, and confirm anything that affects your account on the screen that owns that fact.
What ZeroTwo is told about your session
In regular Chat and Work conversations, ZeroTwo gives the assistant a short set of background facts. They include, among other details, which app you are using (web, desktop, iOS, Android, or the Chrome extension) and its version, the model that is answering, today's date, your plan, how old your account is, and a summary of your recent activity. That is enough to answer questions such as "Which plan am I on?" or "Which app am I in?" Code conversations, Deep Research runs, and bot conversations do not get the account details (plan, account age, and activity).
These facts are a snapshot, not a live view. The activity summary comes from stored figures that can lag behind. The facts also do not include your credit balance, your usage limits, or whether ZeroTwo's services are running normally. In regular chat, the built-in tools cover jobs such as web search, files, images, audio, video, Python, and memory, and none of them checks ZeroTwo's own status.
Confirm it in the app
| You want to know | Check |
|---|---|
| Which plan you have and how to change it | Settings > Billing |
| Credits left, monthly credits, and Auto requests | Settings > Usage |
| Which models your plan can use and what they cost | The model picker, where the coin icon on a model's row shows its estimated cost, and Model Tiers in the Help menu |
| What changed recently | Help and what's new, then the What's new list or Full changelog |
| How a feature works | The Help menu's FAQs entry, which opens this Help Center, and its Documentation entry |
| Something looks broken | The Help menu's Support or Send Feedback entry |
In the desktop app, the Settings page also has a Search settings... box for finding a setting by name.
Ask better questions
- Ask about one feature at a time and name what you are trying to do, for example "How do I stop sharing a chat?" instead of "How does sharing work?"
- If ZeroTwo describes a button or menu you cannot find, say what you see on your screen and ask again. Menus differ between the web app, the desktop app, and the mobile apps.
- Do not rely on a chat answer for prices, limits, or availability. Check the Settings pages and this Help Center first.
- If an answer about ZeroTwo is wrong, send the details with Send Feedback from the Help menu.
