Open Settings > Billing, find Billing information and choose Edit. You can change the billing email, name and address that ZeroTwo uses for your invoices and receipts. The form has no Tax ID or VAT ID field.
Edit your billing information
- Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, choose Settings, then Billing. On Android, open Settings > Usage & Billing.
- Under Billing information, choose Edit.
- Change Billing email (required), Name, Address, the second address line, City, State, Postal code or Country.
- Choose Save.
The Country menu offers 15 countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Japan, South Korea, India, Brazil and Mexico.
The billing email is used for invoices and receipts. It does not change the email you sign in with.
Find an invoice or receipt
Transaction history on the same page lists your payments and marks each one Paid, Open, Void or Failed. Select a row to open its invoice or receipt (on the web it opens in a new tab), and select View all to see more of them. Where can I find my past ZeroTwo invoices and receipts? has the details.
When the section is missing
- Billing information and Payment methods appear for accounts that pay by card. For a plan bought through the App Store, Settings > Billing says "Billing for this plan is managed through the App Store." and shows no billing form.
- The iPhone, iPad and Android apps have the same Billing information section with Edit. They list your saved cards but have no Add new, Set as default or Remove buttons; use the web app or the desktop app for those, as How do I remove a saved payment card? explains. After a failed payment, the Update payment method button in the Billing notice opens Stripe's billing page in a browser view instead (see What happens when my ZeroTwo plan renewal payment fails?).
- A Business workspace is billed from Workspace Settings > Billing, which workspace owners and admins can open. See How do credits work in a ZeroTwo Business workspace?
Tax ID and VAT ID
The Billing information form has no field for a Tax ID or VAT ID. If you need one on your invoices, tell the team what you need through Help > Support, or send it as a Feature Request from the same form.
