A shared ZeroTwo chat link opens a read-only view of someone's conversation. That page has no report button of its own, so to report a link you send a message to ZeroTwo support from inside the app.
Send a report
- Copy the address of the shared link.
- In the web or desktop app, sign in and select the question-mark button at the bottom of the sidebar, Help and what's new.
- Open Help and choose Support. A Send Feedback window opens with Help selected under "What would you like to share?".
- Paste the link and explain what is wrong with the content and which rule you think it breaks. The message can be up to 2,000 characters.
- Select Send. ZeroTwo confirms with "Feedback sent successfully!"
Your message goes to ZeroTwo's team by email, together with details of your account, such as your name and email address. You have to be signed in to send it. If you cannot sign in, the Contact Us section of the Terms at zerotwo.ai/terms lists how to reach ZeroTwo.
What the rules cover
ZeroTwo's Terms set the rules for content in a section called Acceptable Use Policy, which includes a Platform Content Policy. In short, they rule out content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene, sexualized depictions of minors, and using ZeroTwo output to defraud, scam, bully, or harass people. The policy says that breaking these rules can lead to suspension or termination of an account. Read the full text at zerotwo.ai/terms.
If the link is yours
You can delete a shared link you created so that it stops working. Deleting the link stops others from viewing the shared content and does not delete your original content.
- Open Settings and go to Data Controls.
- Next to Shared Links, select Manage.
- Select the trash button beside the item (its tooltip reads Delete shared link), or choose Delete all shared links to remove every one.
