If you subscribed in the iPhone and iPad app with the Apple payment option, Apple bills you, so Apple is the one to ask for an invoice or receipt. ZeroTwo does not list App Store charges under Transaction history.
Check who bills you
- Tap your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose Settings.
- In the Account group, tap Billing.
A plan billed by Apple shows "Billing for this plan is managed through the App Store." and has no Billing information, Payment methods or Cancel plan section. A plan paid by card shows Billing information and Payment methods, plus Cancel plan until the plan is already set to end.
Get the receipt from Apple
Use the Apple account that bought the subscription.
- Open Settings, then Usage.
- In the Your plan card, tap Manage plan. For a plan billed by Apple, this opens Apple's subscriptions page (apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions).
- For your purchase history and receipts, follow Apple's own guide: View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services.
What ZeroTwo does list
Under Settings, Billing, Transaction history, ZeroTwo lists the payments it can find in Stripe for your account: plan invoices and one-time payments such as a credit purchase. When a row has an invoice or receipt, tap the row to open it. If ZeroTwo finds no Stripe payments for your account, the section says "No transactions yet."
On iPhone and iPad, credits are bought through a Stripe checkout page, not through the App Store, so a credit purchase can appear in Transaction history even when your plan is billed by Apple. See Where can I find my past ZeroTwo invoices and receipts? for the full list.
