Billing questions
Invoices, payment methods, renewals, refunds and charges on your ZeroTwo account.
- Where can I find my past ZeroTwo invoices and receipts?Open Settings, Billing and select a payment in Transaction history to see its invoice or receipt, on web, desktop, iPhone, iPad and Android.
- How do I avoid paying for ZeroTwo twice?Plans bought with a card and plans bought through the App Store are billed separately. Check your plan first and cancel where you subscribed.
- How do I request a refund for my ZeroTwo plan?ZeroTwo's policy is that sales are final, with three narrow exceptions. Here is what qualifies, how to ask within 14 days, and how to cancel.
- When am I billed for ZeroTwo, and can I change the date?Find your renewal date in Settings, Billing. ZeroTwo has no setting to move it, but cancelling before the date stops the next charge.
- Where do I manage billing for my ZeroTwo plan?Plan, invoices, cards, cancellation and credits each have a place in Settings. Here is what lives where on web, desktop, iPhone, iPad and Android.
- How do I remove a saved payment card?Remove a card from Settings, Billing, Payment methods, and add a replacement and set a default first if the card pays for your plan.
- What should I do about a ZeroTwo charge I don't recognize?Find an unfamiliar charge in Settings > Billing, check which account and card it belongs to, and contact ZeroTwo before you dispute it with your bank.
- Why is my Apple subscription linked to another ZeroTwo account? An Apple subscription bought in the ZeroTwo iPhone app belongs to one ZeroTwo account only. Here is how to find that account and use your plan.
- What happens when my ZeroTwo plan renewal payment fails? When a plan payment fails, ZeroTwo moves the account to Free and shows a notice in Billing. Here is what you see, what changes and how to restore the plan.
- What should I do if my card is declined at ZeroTwo?Card payments in ZeroTwo go through Stripe. See where each payment happens, how to retry with another card, and what a failed plan payment does.
