Check where a message points and how it reached you. ZeroTwo's website is zerotwo.ai, and the official addresses and accounts that its own site and apps link to are listed below. If a message does not match, do not follow it: open ZeroTwo yourself at app.zerotwo.ai or in the app.

If a message claims to be from ZeroTwo but uses a different domain or handle, treat it as unverified.
How ZeroTwo reaches you
- In the app. The Help menu (the question-mark button next to your name) shows a What's new list with a Full changelog link, and Settings, Billing can show a notice such as Your last payment failed.
- By email. ZeroTwo sends invitation emails, for example an invitation to join a workspace (with a Join workspace button) or a friend's invitation with the subject You're invited to ZeroTwo (with a Join ZeroTwo button that opens zerotwo.ai/auth/signup). Emails built on ZeroTwo's standard email layout end with a footer that links to Help, Privacy and Terms. A footer is easy to copy, so it does not prove a message is genuine on its own.
- When you sign in. You get a sign-in link or code when you enter your email address or phone number on the sign-in page, and the page says an emailed link expires after 1 hour.
What ZeroTwo sign-in looks like
The web sign-in page offers Continue with Google, Continue with Apple, Continue with Microsoft, Continue with phone and an email address. It has no password field. Never forward a sign-in link or code to anyone: whoever uses it signs in as you.
If you are not sure
- Do not click the link or open the attachment.
- Go to app.zerotwo.ai or open the app yourself. For a message about payment, check Settings, Billing.
- Tell ZeroTwo about the message through Help, Support or by email, as described in contacting support.
If you already clicked or shared a code, follow what to do about suspicious activity.
