ZeroTwo for iOS is the native ZeroTwo app for iPhone and iPad. It signs in to the same account as the web app, so your conversations are the same everywhere. These answers cover the questions people ask most.
What do I need to run it?
An iPhone or iPad running iOS 26.0 or later. The app is called ZeroTwo, and you install it from the App Store. For how an Apple subscription works, see Why is my Apple subscription linked to another ZeroTwo account?
How do I sign in?
Choose Continue with Google, Continue with Apple or Continue with Microsoft, or use email or phone:
- Email. Type your email address and choose Continue. ZeroTwo sends you a magic link. The screen says the link expires in 1 hour, and that your account is created automatically if you are new.
- Phone. Choose Continue with phone. ZeroTwo texts a 6-digit code, and the screen says it expires in 60 seconds. See How does phone sign-in work in ZeroTwo?
If Google sign-in fails, see What can I do if Google sign-in on iPhone says cookies are disabled? For other sign-in problems, see Why can't I log in to ZeroTwo?
Will my chats match the other apps?
Yes. The web, desktop and mobile apps sign in to the same account and share the same conversations, so you do not need to move anything.
How do I archive or delete a chat?
Open the chat and choose the three-dot menu in its header. It lists Share chat, Copy as Markdown, Move to project, Pin chat, Archive and Delete. Archive is shown only for chats you own.
To bring back an archived chat, open Settings > Data controls > Archived chats and choose Restore. To delete one for good, select the trash button next to it and confirm Delete permanently. The confirmation says this deletes the chat and all of its messages and cannot be undone.
The same Data controls screen has Delete all chats, which permanently deletes all your conversations but keeps your projects, files and other data, and Clear all data, which permanently deletes everything: chats, assistants, projects, files, schedules and integrations. To open Settings, choose your name at the bottom of the sidebar and then Settings.
How do I export my data?
- Open Settings > Data controls.
- Choose Export data. The footer says Download a copy of your data as JSON.
- When the file is ready, the iOS share sheet opens so you can save it or send it. It is named
zerotwo-export-followed by the date.
After you have exported once, the footer shows when you did it.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings and, in the Account section, choose Restore purchases. A spinner shows while ZeroTwo asks the App Store to sync your purchases and refreshes your plan in the app. If your plan still does not appear, see Why is my Apple subscription linked to another ZeroTwo account? A plan bought with the Card option in the app is billed by card, not through Apple. See How do I avoid paying for ZeroTwo twice?
How do I delete my account?
See How do I delete my ZeroTwo account?
Can I use my voice?
Yes. When the message box is empty, it shows a microphone button for voice dictation, and the send button turns into a button that starts a voice chat. See How do voice chats work in ZeroTwo?
How is my data shared with AI providers?
Settings has a Privacy section with AI data sharing consent. It lists what may be sent to a model provider: the prompts you type, replies, attachments and images, retrieved file snippets, project instructions, and profile or memory context you have enabled. Which providers receive it depends on the model you choose. It also says that most providers only process the data to return a response, while Kimi, DeepSeek and Qwen may use submitted data for training. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are in the About section of Settings.
Where do I get help and see what is new?
The About section of Settings has Send feedback, Report bug, Help Center and View changelog. View changelog opens a Changelog sheet with Highlights and Full notes. To contact support, see How do I contact ZeroTwo support? If the app misbehaves, see What should I do if the ZeroTwo iPhone app fails?
